Brian Burke

Brian joined the Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport Authority in 2022 as the Authority’sfirst General Counsel and Director of Compliance. Prior to that, he practiced law in Northwest Arkansas for over 25 years, from which he has significant litigation and transactional experience in a wide range of legal matters. During his time in private practice, he served as a special judge in both the Benton County Circuit Court and the Bentonville District Court. Brian holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from the University of Central Arkansas and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Arkansas School of Law.  He is a member of the Steering Group for the Legal Affairs Committee of Airports Council International—North America.  He is a former member and past chairman of the Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport Authority’s Board of Directors, and a former member and past president of the Bentonville Public Schools Foundation Board of Directors.
