Tom Allen

Tom, appointed by Benton County in 2025, is the President of Sage Partners. He serves on the company’s Board of Directors and has a leadership role in the performance of the company. He is the exclusive and primary contact for Hunt Ventures’ commercial real estate portfolio, where he is responsible for the development and management of Hunt Ventures’ portfolio of office and retail properties. Tom works with clients from a broad spectrum of individuals, small businesses, and Fortune 500 companies.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield | Sage Partners, Tom began his commercial real estate career in 1998 as a Real Estate Manager with Walmart, where he led a team to identify new sites for Supercenters, Sam’s Clubs and Neighborhood Markets. He gained valuable experience selling outlots, leasing, subleasing, and selling vacant big box stores for Walmart and Sam’s Club.

Tom is a past chairman of the Rogers-Lowell Chamber and served on the Rogers City Council from 1996 to 2000. He also served as a Justice of the Peace on the Benton County Quorum Court for 20 years. Tom serves as a member of the NWA Alzheimer’s Association, the NWA Food Bank Capital Campaign, United Bank, the Building Committee for First Baptist Church in Rogers, and the Emeraude’s Strategic Board of Advisors. He earned his B.S.B.A. from the University of Arkansas.
