Ashton Collier

Ashton joined the Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport Authority in April 2024 as Director of Accounting and quickly distinguished herself through strong leadership and a dedicated work ethic, earning a promotion to Controller in January 2025 and CFO in June 2026. She began her career at Ernst & Young, where she audited Fortune 500 companies across Northwest Arkansas, building a strong foundation in complex financial environments. Ashton later brought her skills to Tyson Foods, where she gained hands-on experience across key functions including Benefits Accounting, Consolidations, Financial Reporting, Payroll, and Accounts Payable. During her tenure, Ashton played a role in driving process improvements, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring accurate financial reporting within a global organization. Her career also includes meaningful work in the nonprofit sector as Accounting Manager for The Amazeum in Bentonville, Arkansas, where she supported a mission-driven organization through thoughtful and effective financial management. Raised in Bentonville, Ashton has a deep connection to the Northwest Arkansas community and takes great pride in contributing to the region’s continued growth and success. A Certified Public Accountant, Ashton holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Central Arkansas and is consistently recognized for her professionalism, versatility, and commitment to excellence.
