Art Morris

Art, appointed by the City of Siloam Springs in 1994, is a retired bank president. He retired in 2010 from Arkansas State Bank after 27 years of service, including the last 12 years as bank president, and 51 years in the banking industry. He served on the board of the Arkansas Development Finance Authority for 12 years and on several state banking committees. Art has served on the Northwest Arkansas Agency on Aging board since 1994.

He is a graduate of Draughon’s Business College and completed the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin. He and his wife Diane have been married for 68 years and have two children and two grandchildren.
