Changes made to the airport in response to COVID-19

XNA's Safety Procedures:

As travel begins to pick up again across the country, some of you may be wondering what to expect when you are traveling through XNA. Here is a short, informative video on how all of our staff and travelers can help keep NWA safe at XNA

Notice to all passengers flying through XNA, the following changes have been made to the airport in response to COVID-19:

  • Printable Information Sheet - English
  • Printable Information Sheet - Spanish
  • Printable Information Sheet - Marshallese
  • All persons entering XNA must wear a face covering.  A mask is not required for children under the age of 10 years old.  Please check with your airline for face mask regulations during your flight. 
  • Social Distancing recommendations - including observing the 6 foot rule - applies to all visitors.
  • Hand sanitizer stations are located throughout the terminal.
  • Valet parking services will be temporarily suspended until further notice.
  • The shuttles to and from the parking lots are temporarily closed until further notice. There is a phone number posted on the side of the booth if someone needs a ride to the terminal. (479-205-1020)
  • Entry to the terminal is restricted to the main entrance. (The middle of the three sets of automatic doors, directly in front of the escalators.)
  • Only individuals who are traveling will be allowed to enter the terminal.
